Here’s how it goes!.All you need is some basic tissue paper (like from the gift wrapping department), some scissors, and some kind of string or bendable wire.. Perfection not required!.Next you’ll tie your string around the middle of the accordion.. You’ll feel like you should tie it really tightly, but don’t.

The looser the string is, the easier it will be to fluff up your pompom later.. Next, take your scissors and trim the ends of your accordion.
